We’re so sure you’ll love The Brothers Green products, we offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If after daily use of your products as directed on the label for a minimum of ONE month, you’re not happy with the product or results, all you need to do is send us an email and we’ll make it right. You have 90 days after we have sent the product, to request a return.

How to qualify

Before requesting a refund, you should take your The Brothers Green products as directed on the label for a minimum of ONE month. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Please also note that refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers. If you have any questions, our customer service team is on hand and always happy to chat.

Please note:

  • To claim the guarantee a person must take the product for a minimum of ONE month.
  • We must receive your enquiry within 90 days of the date you receive your order.
  • The amount refunded will be less shipping
  • All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee claims will only be valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable under The Brothers Green Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.

All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Please keep in mind that this is a 'Satisfaction' Guarantee. Meaning, if after reviewing your individual situation our team feel you would require a longer treatment this is what we will recommend and encourage. Because after all, we want to get you RESULTS!

Product Returns

The guarantee applies for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product, It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.

To qualify you must return to us all product and containers and the receipt you will have received with your order back to our specified location. Please email info@thebrothersgreen.co. Any claim must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. This gives you time to use for a minimum of ONE month and assess your results. Please note this excludes bundle products, and we will only accept returns from purchases made on www.thebrothersgreen.co. Our refund does not apply to in-store or third party sellers, you must contact their customer service department.

  1. To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email info@thebrothersgreen.co
  2. Any claim must be submitted within 90 days of the order date. This gives you time to use our product and assess your results properly
  3. You must supply your full name, address and order number
  4. You must supply a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition and confirm if any products are unopened and in their original condition.
  5. You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.
  6. Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.
  7. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  8. You will be refunded minus internal shipping and handling costs.

Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfilment centre and expires 90 days after the shipped date.

Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, YOU MUST FIRST email info@thebrothersgreen.co to discuss our 90 days exchange options.

We offer a 90 days exchange program.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with free shipping.

All exchanges are final, and cannot be refunded after an exchange has been completed.

Limit one (1) exchange per product, per household.

Damages and issues

The only exception to our above guarantees, is if the product(s) has been deemed faulty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The guarantee is only provided to individuals (who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 - New Zealand) and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met (or if we determine (at our sole discretion) that a request for a refund is part of an orchestrated campaign to abuse our refund policy or is being abused in any way).
