We’re a small, locally owned team committed to getting your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns for both New Zealand and Australia.


🇳🇿 New Zealand Orders

Shipping Costs
  • Express nationwide shipping on all NZ orders
  • Flat rate: $8–$15, depending on your delivery location
Processing & Dispatch

All products are made fresh in our Christchurch factory.

We aim to pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

If we’re mid-production, there may be an additional 1–2 day delay.

During peak times (sales, holidays, or weather events), dispatch may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!

Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Rural delivery: add 1–4 days
  • Public holidays or severe weather may cause slight delays outside our control

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Flat rate: $9.99 – $15, depending on your location
Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Our hemp products are made fresh, so there may occasionally be a 1–2 day delay during production.

Please allow extra time during sales or public holidays — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard delivery: 2–6 business days
  • Remote areas or busy periods: allow up to 10 days
  • Public holidays or extreme weather may cause additional delays

A tracking email will be sent once your parcel is on its way.

Customs & Import Charges

Most Australian orders ship from our Sydney warehouse.

In some cases, an order may be sent from New Zealand — if so, local customs or import fees may apply (these are the buyer’s responsibility).

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local authority before ordering.


Rest of the World

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order weight at checkout.
  • If you’d like a personalised shipping estimate, email us at info@thebrothersgreen.co with your delivery address and desired products.

Customs Disclaimer:

International orders may incur local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, not The Brothers Green.

Customs regulations and fees vary between countries — we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, we’ll contact the courier for an update.

Investigations typically take 1–5 business days.

If your order is confirmed lost or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number and a photo if applicable.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for opened products or change of mind.

If your order is unopened and unused, we can arrange a return or exchange within 14 days — just contact us first before sending it back.


Sustainability

We’re proud to ship all orders using recyclable packaging — including our cardboard boxes, mailers, and protective fillers.
