Omega and Hemp seeds
I bought this for my husband, but he does not want to change from his omega supplement, so now I'm using it myself.
Every morning I add 1 tablespoon to my home made muesli which I eat with Greek yoghurt. It works very well with my muesli and yoghurt. Taste is fine. No problems using it.

Feel Fantastic
Before using the Active Joint Support Tonic, I had **** in my elbow, really bad knees and a very sore shoulder for years. Within a week I felt a difference then 2 weeks felt fantastic. No more **** at all. I can now walk up & down hills when working & hunting & do my physical job without ****.
When I went away for 10 days I forgot to take the oil with me and by the time I returned home the **** in my shoulder was back. Took a couple of weeks for it to come right. Will definitely be taking the oil with me wherever I go.
My wife has started to take it to see if it helps her with neck ****. She takes it with orange juice.
I take the hemp oil every morning with cereal.
