Refund policy
At The Brothers Green, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. We want you to love your products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — here’s how it works:
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us at info@thebrothersgreen.co and include your order number and a brief description (photos are always helpful!).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed weekly, so it may take up to 7 days after we receive your return for the funds to appear in your account.
If your return isn’t approved, we’ll get in touch to explain why and discuss next steps.
Change of Mind
Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original condition.
If the product matches its description and there’s no issue with quality or delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you’re signing up for automatic repeat deliveries on the schedule you choose.
Here’s how it works:
- A minimum of two subscription orders is required.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically each time an order processes.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.
You can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by using the link in your subscription reminder email.
Please note:
To stop your next order from processing, you’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Once a subscription order has processed, we’re unable to issue a refund.
The Brothers Green provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your payment method will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account. You must cancel your subscription or notify The Brothers Green that you wish to cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your next recharge date. Failure to do this may mean that your subscription will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your bank — sometimes it takes a few business days for funds to appear.
