I take it every day but doesn't matter too much if i miss a day here or there
Tastes fine, easy to mix and drink.
Not so sure about your new packets, they dont seal up as good as the old ones.

Stress Relief
As someone that has CPTSD and constantly feeling stressed and overwhelmed, which in turn affects the gut, this product was a life saver.
I was taking one scoop (15gm) every day, but have recently cut down to half a scoop every day. Trust me, I know when I've missed it. I was surprised that the flavour is quite neutral, though I do mix it with my protein shake.
I have tried other things to help with gut health, but this is the only one that has worked for me.

Can't live without it!
I have been using The Brothers Green products for over a year now. Hemp oil, hemp seeds and gut health protein powder. I recently went on holiday for a week and couldn't take any of my products with me. By day 3 I could feel a stiffness in my joints and my gut & bowels definitely werent working at their best. I was actually looking forward to getting home so i could get back into my normal food routine, after a couple of days everything was feeling good again!
