I brought the natural favour it's not too bad of a taste. I am on my second bottle and just ordered some more. I think it has improved my mobility. I am still trialing but so far I feel I have more flexibility. I have had a comment from a friend you are walking better she doesn't know I am taking any thing.

I reckon Move is a pretty good product. If I take it regularly (which I do most of the time) it seems to loosen the sore bits and lessen the occasional **** I get in my hands and wrists.

good addition to my regime
I was recommended the product and as I was already using hemp oil. As move is a concentrated oil rather than hemp oil with olive oil it is more effective. I alternate between the two and it helps with joint ****.
