I brought the natural favour it's not too bad of a taste. I am on my second bottle and just ordered some more. I think it has improved my mobility. Taste & how I feel!
The little bit I heard & knew about hemp made me give it a go when it came up online.
Results; well straight up. I wasn't impressed with the taste but a good glass of water afterwards fixed that.
Remembering to take it daily has been a challenge & I've slipped up there. At age 68 now I've had the odd issue with joint **** from time to time & I believe it's helped considerably with this. So in short I intend to keep going with it.
