Not for me.
Too psycho active.
Didn’t sleep a wink for 6 hours though in a dream world. Love the hemp oil though. Take it every morning. Biggest gain has been in gut health not so much joint health as have always taken fish oils.
Who knows. But beautiful oil.

I have tried the sleep drops for 2 months now and I'm sorry to say, that they have not helped me sleep. I still lie awake for up to 2 hours before I finally fall asleep and then wake up several times during the night. I had so hoped that these drops would be the answer to my sleep problems, but unfortunately, it is not.
