I have made a mistake with my address, how do I fix it?

If you have made a mistake with the delivery address for your order, please reply to your order confirmation email ASAP with the correct details.

I have ordered the wrong product / product size / flavour, can I change it?

Please check your order is correct before checking out as no changes can be made to this after your order is processed.

When will my order be sent?

As we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders during this time, please allow an extra day or two for your order to be dispatched. We will be dispatching orders chronologically and will do our best to get these on their way to you as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

We ship with NZ Post on an express service, though bear in mind that they are busier than usual at this time of year too, so shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

How much is shipping?

We now offer express shipping with NZ Post - enter your address at checkout to see personalised shipping rates.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details and a link to track your parcel using the NZ Post website.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

Our team is working hard to dispatch your order, so won’t always be available to answer the phone. Your best bet to get in contact with us is to email info@thebrothersgreen.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Is the sale also in your Christchurch store?

Yes - all products will be available at the sale price in our Christchurch store. Please note we are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Does the sale also apply to Click & Collect orders?

The sale applies to all orders placed from 6pm Wednesday 13th November, delivery and click and collect are included.

Can I apply other discounts with the Black Friday sale?

No other discounts or discount codes will be able to be used during the Black Friday Sale.

Is all your packaging compostable?

Our packaging is a mix of recyclable and compostable. The hemp seed oil comes in 300ml and 1000ml glass recyclable bottles. All other products come in home compostable pouches. Even the sellotape we use on our boxes is compostable!

When will my order be sent?

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

What are your service hours?

We are open weekdays 9-5. This means that we are unlikely to respond to any customer queries over weekends.

How do I update my address or phone number?

If your address updates automatically or if you need to correct a mistake, please log in to your account as soon as possible to update your details. If the order has already been placed, contact our customer service immediately to ensure the changes are applied.

What does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is $8 on orders under $100NZD and FREE on all orders over $100NZD.

How do I use a discount code on your website?

On both mobile and desktop, you can apply a discount code at checkout. There will be a box labelled "Discount Code" where you can enter your code before completing your purchase. Please ensure not to enter the code in the notes section as it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Subscriptions - What are they and how do they work?

Subscriptions allow you to receive your next order automatically in 30, 60, or 100 days from the initial purchase, depending on the delivery time you selected. All products purchased on subscription will be discounted to 15% off.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Can you use Reward Points on Subscription Orders?

Unfortunately, rewards points cannot be applied to subscription orders. Points can only be redeemed on one-time purchases.

What parts of the hemp plant can we consume?

Under government regulations in New Zealand, the hemp seed is the only part of the plant that is legal for human consumption. Fortunately, the hemp seed is full of nutrients making it perfect for use in our functional health supplements!

Where is your hemp grown?

All of our hemp is grown right here in Canterbury, New Zealand where the climate and soil types are ideal. The addition of a new rotational crop such as hemp provides local family farmers with a welcome source of income and soil revitalisation.

Are your hemp products organic?

All of our products are certified spray-free New Zealand-grown and processed.

Is all your packaging compostable?

What does hemp taste like?

Hemp seeds and hemp seed oil have a nutty, buttery taste and texture described as a cross between a walnut and an almond. Perfect sprinkled on porridge, granola, salads… literally any meal for a convenient hit of nutrients.

What is the recommended daily intake?

Our recommended daily intake of Nutritional Hemp Seed Oil is two teaspoons (10ml) per day. Hemp seed oil can either be mixed with food or taken on its own. This gives you your daily dosage of omega-3, as well as many other healthy micro-nutrients. Our other products can be taken as you wish. You cannot consume too much hemp!

What does MOVE taste like? How and when should I take it, and how long does it take to start working?

MOVE is designed with a focus on natural ingredients, leading to a refreshing, earthy taste. For the best results, take MOVE according to the instructions on the package. Generally, it begins to work within a few days of consumption, but results may vary and we recommend taking it for 21 days to see effect. Many of our customers are on a number of prescription medications and are taking our supplements without any issues. However, we always suggest that you seek advice from a healthcare professional before mixing our products with any pre-existing medication you might be taking.

Can I feed hemp to my pets?

Yes! Many countries around the world allow the use of hemp seed oil to help treat animals with health conditions. There is significant evidence to support that hemp seed oil has similar positive health benefits for pets as it does for humans. 5ml (1 teaspoon) per day is recommended for small pets while 10ml (2 teaspoons) per day is recommended for large pets.

Will hemp show up on my work drug test?

No, consuming hemp seed products will not show up in a drug test.
