When will my order be dispatched?

We’re working hard to get every order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders over Black Friday, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Can I change my order or shipping address after purchase?

Once an order is placed, we aren’t able to swap items or add extras. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us straight away — we’ll do our best to fix it before dispatch.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item in your order is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss a replacement, alternative, or refund.

How do I apply my discount?

No need to do anything - the discount will automatically be applied.

Can I use multiple discounts or combine with other offers?

Sale codes and discounts can’t be combined — the best deal will be applied automatically at checkout.

Yes! Sale items can be returned in line with our usual return policy.

I noticed a gift with purchase — will I definitely receive it?

Gifts with purchase are limited stock and will be included while supplies last. We can’t guarantee availability for all orders, so get in early to avoid missing out!

I have a subscription — will I get the sale price?

Yes! Even better - from 12th November until the end of December, you’ll automatically receive an additional 20% off your subscription orders — on top of your regular subscriber discount. Thanks for your support!

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in your account — this includes changing products, adjusting delivery frequency, or pausing your subscription.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription during the sale?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account or contact us and we’ll help you make the changes.

Do Black Friday discounts apply to subscriptions?

Black Friday discounts apply to one-off purchases only. However, subscriptions will receive an additional discount on top of our regular subscription pricing during November and December.

How can I contact you?

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel has left our warehouse.

I’ve placed my order – how do I update my shipping address?

If you’re logged into your account, you can update your address right away. If the order is already placed, please contact us straight away by replying to your order confirmation so we can see if we’re still able to make the change.

What are your customer-service hours?

We’re here Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm. We’ll respond to emails outside these hours as soon as we can, but we’re unable to respond on weekends or public holidays.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart — just enter your address to see the exact rate.

How do I use a discount code on your website?

At checkout (mobile or desktop), look for the “Discount Code” box and enter your code there before finalising your purchase. If you enter it in the notes or too late, the discount can’t be applied.

Move is cold-pressed hemp seed oil enriched with our FlexEase™ terpene blend. It’s formulated to support joint comfort, mobility and everyday recovery.

What’s the recommended daily intake of Move?

Take two teaspoons (10 mL) per day. You can take it straight or mix it into food or drink — it’s rich in omegas and other nutrients.

What does Move taste like?

Move has a natural, slightly earthy flavour — think hemp seed meets nutty green. It comes in three flavour options: Natural Hemp, Summer Berry, and Apple Crumble.

How long until I can expect to see results?

While some people notice a difference within a few days, most people see real benefits after a few weeks of use. Will Move show up on a workplace drug test?

What’s the difference between Digest Natural and Digest Chai?

Digest is our gut-health protein powder made with hemp protein, a kiwifruit enzyme blend and L-glutamine. Digest Chai builds on that with added anti-inflammatory turmeric and Ayurvedic ingredients for extra gut-support.

What’s the recommended intake for Digest?

Our recommended dose is two tablespoons, two or three times per week. Some prefer a smaller daily amount - start slow, listen to your body and see what suits you best.

Does Digest contain prebiotics?

What is Sleep and how does it work?

Our Sleep formula is a natural blend designed to help support deeper, more restorative rest. It contains hemp seed oil along with carefully selected terpenes that help the body relax, regulate sleep cycles, and ease the mind before bed.

How do I take it?

Take 1 mL about 30 minutes before bed, directly under the tongue. If you prefer, you can adjust your dose to what feels best for you — some people find 0.5 mL is enough, while others prefer a slightly higher amount.

How long does it take to work?

Most people notice the effects within the first few nights, especially around relaxation and improved sleep quality. However, like all natural products, everyone responds differently and it can take up to 60 days of consistent use to feel the full benefits.

Can I use Sleep alongside other medications or supplements?

What parts of the hemp plant are used and are they legal?

In Australia & New Zealand, only hemp seed is legal for human consumption. Fortunately, hemp seed is packed with nutrients, which makes it an excellent base for our supplements.

Where is your hemp grown and how is it processed?

Our hemp is grown in Canterbury, NZ and around Australia — an environment perfectly suited for it. We work with local farmers, and our hemp is certified spray-free and processed under strict standards.

Is your packaging compostable or recyclable?

Yes! We do our best to keep our packaging kind to the planet.

  • Our Move comes in recyclable glass bottles (300 mL and 1000 mL).
  • Our other products come in home-compostable pouches.
  • Our cardboard boxes, protective packaging, and mailers are all fully recyclable.
  • Even our sellotape is compost-friendly!

Are your products organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan friendly?

Health & Safety

Can I consume hemp products alongside prescription medication?

Many of our customers do without issue, but because every person’s situation is different (especially if you’re on medications or managing a specific health concern), we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use.

What does hemp seed oil taste like?

Hemp seed oil has a mild nutty-buttery flavour — think of the taste as a nutty olive oil. It works really nicely mixed into porridge, salads or smoothies.

Can I feed hemp seed oil to my pets?

While our products are designed for humans, some customers do give plain hemp seed oil to pets. If you’re considering this, we recommend checking with your vet and adjusting the dose for your pet’s size.

Are your products safe to combine with medications?

It’s always best to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you’re taking medications or other supplements, to ensure that our products are right for you.
