Samantha's Wedges With Avocado Hummus Dip Made With The Brothers Green Nutritional Hemp Oil

Ingredients:
Wedges
- 1 kumara
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 tbsp The Brothers Green Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp tahini
- ½ tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp miso
- Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado Hummus Dip
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ avocado
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200° C
- Chop the kumara and potato into wedges
- In a small bowl combine the spices, oil, miso, tahini and tamari and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
- Place the wedges on a baking tray and coat with the paste. Once evenly coated sprinkle with hemp seeds and give another toss.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- While the wedges are in the oven place all the ingredients for the hummus into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Once the wedges are cooked remove from the oven and serve with the dip. Any left over hummus can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
