Hemp Oil vs. Fish Oil: The Ultimate Omega-3 Showdown

Introduction:

In the world of omega-3 supplementation, two heavyweights go head to head: Hemp Seed Oil and Fish Oil. While both offer essential fatty acids, there are some compelling reasons to consider making Hemp Seed Oil your go-to source for Omega 3. In this blog post, we'll explore three key reasons why Hemp Seed Oil might be your new favorite supplement.

Omega 3 & GLA in Hemp Seed Oil:

The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil packs a powerful punch of Omega 3 in the form of SDA, along with GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid), an Omega 6 renowned for its joint health properties. Notably, fish oil doesn't contain GLA. Plus, Hemp Seed Oil is remarkably low in carbs, making it a versatile choice.

Other Omega 3 sources include flax seeds, chia seeds, and salmon.

1. Oxidation & Rancid Oils:

Fish oil has a downside - it's often not fresh and can turn rancid when exposed to oxidative stress. Plus, it can leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Enter Hemp Seed Oil: completely plant-based, vegan, mild-tasting, and free from aftertastes. The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil is freshly grown and processed in North Canterbury, New Zealand, with strict adherence to expiry dates.

2. Multiple Uses, Including Skincare:

Would you ever consider slathering fish oil on your skin? Probably not. But here's the kicker: The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil can be used topically, making it the foundation of many unique New Zealand skincare brands. It's an excellent moisturizer and dry skin supporter for various skin conditions, both topically and through internal ingestion.

3. Sustainability & Environmental Impact:

Fish oil has a hidden environmental cost. The commercial fishing industry contributes significantly to ocean pollution. In contrast, The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil comes from plants grown in the pristine area under the Southern Alps of New Zealand. Minimal water usage and zero chemical inputs make it a sustainable choice. Hemp also acts as a carbon sink and a nitrogen fixer, aiding in removing chemicals from the atmosphere and soil.

Takeaways:

It's time to rethink your Omega-3 supplement. Make the switch to The Brothers Green Hemp Seed Oil - no fish were harmed in its making. Experience the benefits of this versatile, sustainable, and eco-friendly alternative.

Why is it so hard to get a price for Hemp oil capsules and how many in a bottle.

Patrick

I just started using hemp seed oil for joint pain. It works great. Now I’m reading it is dangerous for my liver. Can I use the hemp seed oil or not. Lots of confusion. Thanks for your help!
