Serving Suggestion: Begin with just ONE tablespoon (15g) 2-3 days per week and increase to up to TWO tablespoons (30g) 2-3 times per week. Ensure adequate fluid intake and flavouring (fruit etc) to assist with fibre digestion.

Have been taking this Gut Health Protein Powder for 3 weeks and I must say I started noticing the difference in my belly within a couple of days. I have struggled with stomach issues for the past near three years and this powder has helped me eat/drink without pain.

I love using The Hemp Brother's protein powder. I have a sensitive tummy and I find that this is very gentle and non irritating. I especially love putting this product in my smoothie in the morning to start the day right! I also believe this product helps keep my nails and hair strong with little to no breakage. You should definitely give this product a go if you have found other protein powders irritating! Thank you Hemp Brother's!

Great for Smoothies
Great healthy addition to my diet. I never knew my gut needed help until I started using this product. What a fantastic difference.

So far so good, bloating gone, bowls working, even after a week of not eating right I feel good and the IBS has shown it's **** head. Just 2 scoops in a shake 3 times a week to end bloating easy as.

I think I'm in my 3rd or 4th week. I take it every alternate days. Lost 5cm in waist line within 8 days. Bloating had gone down substantially. I feel light and my skin complexion had gotten way better. I'm still eating n drinking like I used to, nothing had changed in that department. I highly recommend it. It tastes like grass as I drink it straight with water. Let's see by the time when I finish the 2nd packet What's the end results are going to look like. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have added this to my regular diet as it has really helped with digestion issues and is gentle on the stomach. Will happily continue to use and I now no longer have to use prescription laxatives which is a massive win. Highly recommend
